March winter

Even though March has arrived Old Man Winter decided to not go quietly, dumping snow on the Midwest, with roughly three inches falling in Sioux City, Iowa, Sunday, March 10, 2013. The Siouxland area looked like a winter wonderland. And that rodent Punxsutawney Phil may not have done such a good job predicting the end of winter this year. (Photo by Jerry Mennenga©)
