Art Latham Park

Latham Park’s annual art festival showcases a number of area artists, Saturday, Sept. 21, 2013, Sioux City, Iowa, in the Morningside area of town. The Park is open to the public, but is privately supported. The one-day festival is a fundraiser for ongoing maintenance and improvements to the park held within the acre of landscaped gardens.
