The Orange City, Iowa, tulip festival celebraes Dutch heritage, with a parade, and town residents participate by dressing in Dutch costumes, Friday, May 20, 2011. The residents walk down a main street with different groups dressing in different traditional Dutch costumes and holding a sign denoting which part of Holland that group represents.
