Strong gusts of wind blew in off of Okoboji Lake in Arnolds Park, Iowa, Tuesday, July 1, 2014, keeping Old Glory whipping in the wind. Another storm system moved through the area. Iowa has seen a number of storms this spring and early summer. (photo by Jerry L Mennenga©)
