A drive in Siouxland country, Rural Cherokee County

21 Aug

As the summer season winds down and fall is approaching, I find with cooler temperatures popping up time and again there is always a nice day with clouds. And, I love clouds. Along with blue skies, they create a nice image. And I find nothing better than taking a drive, no particular destination in mind and just following where the images lead. I also carry quite a few county maps with the backroads marked. It wouldn’t be the first time I found myself, Lost in Siouxland.

Mukul, Thank you. It’s funny sometimes that while it is fun to visit other places, out of countr or another state, which I plan to do again some day, but sometimes one can find interesting little “episodes” in your own back yard. Thank you for your kind words and keep traveling yourself and exploring.

Time and money, Mukul, time and money. I have time, but the money is a little short at this time. And currently the backyard is closer. So rather than only dream of visiting the world, I hang out in the backyard.
